Segments Are Produced Sequentially In A Compact Casting Cell, Typically One Segment At A Time. The Previously Cast Segment Is Repositioned And Used As The Match-Cast Face For The Next Segment. Survey-Controlled Adjustment Enables Accurate Production Of Straight, Curved And Variable-Geometry Spans Within A Much Smaller Casting Yard.
